We’ve been a little quite over the last few weeks like many lenders trying to play catch up and working hard to get our clients some great deals, so here is our latest market update.
But unless you’ve been hiding under a rock you will be very aware that rates are very much on the climb, we are getting emails from lenders more or less on a daily basis with rate increases, and were putting the hours in to make sure we get our clients the deals before they change.
Lenders are taking longer and longer to review documents and offer cases so we are working to manage the expectations of the time taking for documents to be reviewed
Equity release is gaining in popularity shown from our market update, with the cost of living increasing people are turning to equity release to help boost their income in retirement.
